If we feel anything "shady" about your order, we will cancel it.

We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service to Anyone!

(i.e. if you harass us, if you abuse the right to our personal emails, if you make Demands on us, 

Basically, if you are a shitty person living in absence of Virtues and righteousness, Fuck Off! 

Please allow a couple days for processing after you have placed your order. 

All "stellar" orders are processed on an 'as needed' basis, from freshly harvested rootbark to ensure Quality. 

After your order is processed and packaged, a tracking email will be sent to your email you used to place the order. 

Thank you for your understanding and patience in these matters, as we are working as diligently as possible. 

Shipping time/cost clarity (USA)

$7 is for the Actual Shipping cost of our Flat rate mailing envelopes. 

3 days is the Transit time: how long the flat rate packages normally take to go from Our location to your location by way of the USPS. (other options would have us charge less for shipping but take 7-9 days for actual transit time) 

This is Different than our Processing time, i.e. processing fresh root bark from the earth to dehydrated, milled & packaged powder ready for use that arrives at your door.
